Rocky Mountain Championship

The “2022 Rocky Mountain Championship” date is set for Apr.30-May 1. The 28th anniversary of this championship promise to be even greater than previous years and with many other states and international confirming their participation, will provide another unique opportunity for all ages to have a great competition. Black Belt Testing and Extravaganza

Over 30 students and instructors endured 8 hours of training and testing Saturday, February 26th, as part of their black belt progression. In addition to multiple members of the IMA family earning advanced black belts through many years of dedicated training, one member of our family was also awarded the title of Sensei – making this that weekend one of the most memorable in IMA’s long history. USA Karate Team Trial

USA Karate team trial will take place this coming Saturday January 15, in Colorado Springs, CO. The team selection take place in two phases. First phase competition will be in the morning with kata male and female and followed by two male and female kumite heavy weights. The afternoon session will consist of the 3 remaining kumite categories. This competition will be among the top 6 athletes from national competition. This selection will be for top athlete who will represent USA karate in international competition in 2022 including Pan American championship and many more.
